Define


Learn how to select a project and calculate potential benefits. Create a project charter and get it approved. Make a high level process flow chart and SIPOC diagram

Measure and Analyze


Confirm the CTQ, and find the current performance for the CTQ. Make a list of cause and use techniques for root cause analysis. Make sure that root cause is correct and sufficient for ptoject objective.

Improve and Control


Find akternative solutions, select the best solution. Implement and validate the solution. Build a process control plan to ensure sustenance of improved results.
