The 4-Day Lean Practitioner and Lean Guide (LPLG) Workshop builds strong process excellence skills by following the DMAIC sequence. Participants learn Lean fundamentals, waste identification (TIMWOODS), and project scoping with Lean Canvas. The program covers SIPOC, Service Blueprinting, Customer Journey Mapping, and detailed flowcharts to define and measure processes. It includes core Lean metrics, Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE), root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, 5W1H), and TOC Thinking Processes like Current Reality Tree. Participants develop solutions using brainstorming (SCAMPER), mistake-proofing (Poka-Yoke), and TOC conflict resolution tools (Evaporating Cloud, Future Reality Tree). The workshop concludes with controls, Kanban boards, governance, and people empowerment to sustain gains, supported by diverse hands-on projects applying Lean, Design Thinking, and TOC tools systematically for impactful business results.
